The Nānākuli High and Intermediate School Performing Arts Center has produced more than
100 different productions and performances, ranging from such Broadway musicals as
"Disney's Beauty and the Beast" to dramatic plays to various musical revue shows.
NPAC is open to any public school student in grades 4 to 12.
Enrollment for new students is in August of new school year.

Taste of the Valley Hoʻolauleʻa Booth Registration

What: Taste of the Valley Food, Crafts, and Entertainment Event: a fundraiser for the Nānākuli High and Intermediate School Performing Arts Center
When: Friday, February 21, 2020, 4:00 – 8:30 p.m.
Where: NHIS Cafe/Gym parking lot (parking lot between cafe and gym) and surrounding areas
The Nānākuli High and Intermediate School Performing Arts Center (NPAC) is sponsoring a fundraiser event entitled “A Taste of the Valley” Hoʻolauleʻa event on Friday, February 21, 2020. There will be entertainment, food, and games. If your organization is interested in having a booth, please read all the information and then do the following:
Go www.nhispac.com and register on-line and also print out the form and complete. Hard copies of forms will be in the NHIS front office too.

Make payment for your booth by February 7, 2020 . . . cash or cashier’s check only and turn in signed registration form. Please make cashier’s check payable to Nānākuli High and Intermediate School.
Please read all of the guidelines, complete the attached form, and submit it with your payment to room MCR during regular school hours or Multi-Purpose Building if after 4 pm. You may call 305-7725 to confirm that someone will be available to receive your payment and write out a receipt.
Please note that only NPAC will be allowed to sell regular drink items such as bottled water, sodas, juices. Specialty drinks such as boba or lemonade may be sold by vendors.
No duplication of food items except for baked goods. Once a group or organization has signed up and paid the booth fee no other booth can sell the same item. First pay, gets first choice.
You will be notified via email on booth location choices.
Food, Crafts, Games, Food Trucks, other non-informational booths: $100
Informational Booth: No fee as no selling of items

Who We Are
Since 1991, the Nānākuli High and Intermediate School Performing Arts Center or NPAC has provided students from grades 4 to 12 from any public school the opportunity to learn and apply performance, academic, and self-esteem skills through the process of staging over 90 productions and performances.
In 2011, the NPAC was selected to perform at the American High School Theatre Festival at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Scotland.
There were 2200 schools that were nominated to perform and only 62 schools were selected and NPAC was one of them.
The NPAC is one of 29 Learning Centers in the state that focuses on a specialized area for students from any school.
This after school program has enriched the lives of students from various schools and across the island.

Because the arts are closeley associated with important ideas and events inhistory, students who have a good background in the arts are likely to have a richer source of information and insight to draw upon, compared to those who do not study the arts . . .
